Return for Repairs
SensorIOT have a business account with DHL, which provides reduced shipping
rates as well as an agreement in place to cover returns for repairs.
Please provide the following in an email to paul@sensoriot.tech
- Total number of packages
- Weight of each sealed package
- Dimensions of each sealed package
- Detailed, Itemized list of each package’s contents
- Specify a full working day that DHL can collect on SensorIOT’s behalf
SensorIOT will then arrange collection. Once package arrives in the UK, we will
review and generate a fault report on each DOCK. We will then discuss this with
Clive and he will then instruct SensorIOT to proceed with any repairs regarding
Electronics failure that are not related to any customer related failures, if a fault is
determined to be customer related SensorIOT will provide the agent with a fault
report and a quote.
The agent will then decide if the repair must proceed or not.
Once all repairs have been completed, SensorIOT will create an invoice for all work
done including shipping cost to the UK and back to the Agent, once this is paid in
full. SensorIOT will schedule a collection and provide a tracking number to the agent
concerned.
