No Flow No Flow is where the pour button has been activated and there has been no beverage movement in the line for the first 3 seconds, the electronics is looking for a minimum of 50ml to pass through the Flow meter in 3 seconds. Possible reasons why there is no flow include:
  • Frozen Beverage line: Switch off cooler and allow lines to unfreeze, depending on ambient temperature this could take up to an hour. To speed up the process add warm water to the cooler.
  • Beverage Line disconnected from DOCK: Reconnect
  • No Gas Pressure Check that you have gas, increase the gas pressure slightly as a second option.
  • Empty Keg or Keg coupled incorrectly
If none of the above is the problem then please refer to Beer Technician to assist in resolving the issue.
Restricted Flow Restricted Flow is where the pour button has been activated and there has been minimal beverage movement in the line for the first 3 seconds, the electronics has detected the minimum of 50ml pass through the Flow meter in 3 seconds. Possible reasons why there is restricted flow include:
  • Semi – Frozen Beverage line
  • Low Gas Pressure
  • Over Carbonated Keg
  • Obstruction in the line – like a small piece of plastic (usually from the keg coupler cover)
If none of the above is the problem then please refer to Beer Technician to assist in resolving the issue.
Slow Flow Slow Flow is where the pour button has been activated and there has been beverage movement in the line for the first 30 seconds, but the pour has not ended. Possible reasons may include:
  • Low Gas Pressure Check Gas Levels in Cylinder and if OK increase the pressure until the right flow rate is achieved.
If the gas pressure is not the issue, please refer to Beer Technician to help find the problem.
